There are no more houses available from DiDan in Nicholson Lakes.  DiDan built 14 homes in Nicholson Lakes subdivision in Baton Rouge, LA.  In this subdivision, we featured 11 different house plans with two different elevations for each plan to add more variety to our available plans and to try to accomodate various tastes regarding the curb appeal of the house.  Each plan was selected to fit on the lots which were typically 50 feet wide and 120 feet in depth.  The houses therefore contained front loading garages and were most suitable for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath plan with a small computer nook in most plans.
