Browse through our plans below and let us know if you find your next home.  We understand that when buyers are searching for a new home, they want to know what the house will look like from the curb when it is built (commonly referred to as the house's "curb appeal") and they want to know the layout of the rooms inside the house (it's "floor plan").  We work with a number of different architects, each of whom has an individual style of drafting the plans for a house.  For example, throughout our house plan selection provided here, you will find both complex and fairly simple rooflines, and you will see that on some plans, stucco dominates, whereas on other plans, brick is the exterior of choice.  When it comes to the floor plans we have chosen to build over the years, obviously we must work within the confines of the lot on which we build, but we also make great effort to consistently provide a house that makes sense for the homeowners who will most likely live in the house.  As a consequence, some of our plans vary widely when comparing them to some of our other plans, while some plans within a certain area or type of neighborhood have many similarities.  Communication with our realtors, talking with people looking for homes, and common sense all mix together to keep us up to date on the top priorities of potential home buyers.  We strive to make sure that our customers' needs will be met at the same time that we eliminate waste which would eventually be passed on to the customer as an unnecessary cost in their home.  If one of our plans does not suit the needs of a customer, we can set up an appointment with one of our architects to browse through the architect's house plan library or to modfiy a plan that just needs a little something extra added to it.  Please browse through our plans below and Contact Us to let us know if you find one that is right for you, or let us know if we can help you in finding one that is right for you.
